The rankings in Ice dance and Pairs remain unchanged after the NHK Trophy. Meryl Davis and Charlie White are still in the lead, with the score received at Skate America, three weeks ago (at NHK Trophy, their score was a little lower: 186.65 points).
The same thing happened with the Russia’s Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov in Pairs – at NHK, this weekend, in Tokyo, they received a lower score (236.49 points) than the one in Skate America.
In the ladies’ event, Mao Asada improved her score, from 204.55 points at Skate America to 207.59 points at NHK Trophy, and Elena Radionova moved from the sixth place to the fifth one, also improving her score (183.95 points at Skate America to 191.81 points at NHK Trophy).
The most significant moves happened in the men’s field: with his score at NHK TRophy (268.31 points), the Japanese Daisuke Takahashi entered the Top 6 directly on the first place; and Nobunari Oda, with 253.16 points, has now the fourth score of the season.
